Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SR Technologies learning management system, websites, mobile apps, courses, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Accounts
1.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
1.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share your account or allow simultaneous logins for different people.
1.3 You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
2) Enrollment & Access
2.1 Upon successful payment or valid enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course(s) for the duration indicated on the course page or order confirmation.
2.2 Access may include live classes, recordings, downloadable resources, labs, assignments, and community forums as described per course. We may update, improve, re-record, or replace modules without notice to maintain quality.
2.3 We may monitor participation (e.g., progress, quiz attempts) for academic integrity, platform security, and quality improvement.
3) Course Content & Intellectual Property
3.1 All course materials, videos, slides, questions, labs, text, graphics, logos, and software are intellectual property of SR Technologies or its licensors and protected by law.
3.2 You may not copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content, except as explicitly permitted in writing.
3.3 You may use downloadable templates/cheat-sheets for personal, non-commercial learning only.
4) User Submissions & Feedback
4.1 By posting in forums, submitting assignments, projects, testimonials, or feedback, you grant SR Technologies a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the Services and for marketing (excluding your confidential personal data).
4.2 You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.
5) Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use
5.1 You agree not to:
Circumvent access controls, share credentials, or download/record classes without permission.
Cheating, plagiarism, or misuse of labs/credentials (e.g., cloud credits).
Upload malware, scrape the platform, or engage in conduct that disrupts the Services.
Harass instructors, staff, or learners; discriminatory or unlawful conduct is prohibited.
5.2 We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice.
6) Pricing, Payments & Taxes
6.1 Prices are shown in the checkout or course page and may change at any time before purchase. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be added as required by law.
6.2 Payments are processed via approved payment gateways/UPI/cards/wallets. You authorize us or our processors to charge your selected method.
6.3 Refunds: Unless expressly stated on the course page or required by law, fees are non-refundable, especially after course access has begun or materials have been downloaded/attended. Any special refund/cancellation window or satisfaction guarantee, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the course page or invoice and will override this clause.
7) Certifications & Outcomes
7.1 Certificates (participation/merit) may be issued at our discretion based on criteria such as attendance, assessments, or project completion.
7.2 Training is educational; no job placement or salary outcome is guaranteed. Placement assistance (if offered) is guidance-only.
8) Live Sessions, Recordings & Communications
8.1 Live classes may be recorded for quality and for enrolled learners’ later access. By attending, you consent to being recorded (audio/video/chat).
8.2 You agree to receive service communications (transactional emails/SMS/WhatsApp) about your enrollment, schedules, assessments, and updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time (see Privacy Policy).
9) Third-Party Services & Tools
9.1 Courses may reference or require third-party products (e.g., AWS, GitHub, Linux distros, CI/CD tools). You must comply with their terms and licensing.
9.2 We are not responsible for third-party sites, outages, pricing changes, credits, or data practices.
10) Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (provided separately). By using the Services, you acknowledge that we will process your information as described there.
11) Service Availability & Changes
11.1 We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.
11.2 We may modify or discontinue features/courses (including migrating to new versions) to improve quality or compliance.
12) Suspension & Termination
12.1 We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or legal/regulatory requirements.
12.2 You may request account deletion (see Privacy Policy). Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
13) Disclaimers
13.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
13.2 We do not warrant that certifications, skills, or tools covered will meet employer requirements, or that course completion will produce specific results.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SR Technologies and its instructors/staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SR Technologies and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
16) Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including outages, acts of God, regulatory changes, strikes, epidemics, or cyber incidents).
17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to Clause 17.2.
17.2 At our option, disputes may first be submitted to confidential arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed per that Act. The language will be English. Each party bears its own costs, and the arbitrator may allocate fees as appropriate.
18) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19) Miscellaneous
19.1 No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
19.2 If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
19.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any course-specific rules or order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SR Technologies.
19.4 If you are an enterprise client or have a signed agreement with SR Technologies, that agreement will prevail in the event of any conflict.
