1) Scope

• We provide digital courses only. There are no physical shipments, courier deliveries, or COD.

2) Access Activation

• Instant access is granted automatically after successful payment and account verification.
• If a payment is flagged for manual/fraud review, activation may take up to 24–48 business hours. We’ll notify you by email/SMS.

3) Where You’ll Find Your Content

• Courses, videos, labs, notes, and downloads (if any) appear in your LMS dashboard once enrolled.
• All official updates (class links, schedules, recordings) are shared via dashboard + email/SMS.

4) Access Duration

• Access length is shown on the course page/checkout or order confirmation. After expiry, access may be removed unless renewed.

5) Fees, Taxes & Currency

• Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may apply. There are no shipping fees for digital products.

6) Email & Notification Delivery

• Add our emails to your safe sender list and check spam/junk if you don’t see activation mails.
• If you still don’t receive credentials within the expected window, contact support with order ID + registered email/phone.

7) System Requirements

• A stable internet connection and a modern browser are required. Some modules may require additional tools (e.g., Git, terminal, cloud account) as listed on the course page.

8) Usage Restrictions

• Accounts are individual, non-transferable. Do not share login or record/redistribute course content. Violations may result in suspension (see Terms).

9) Refunds

• Digital courses are generally non-refundable once access is provided, unless a different policy is stated on the course page or required by law. See Terms & Conditions for details.

10) Service Availability

• We strive for high uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access; we’ll post updates in the dashboard where possible.

11) Certificates

• Digital certificates (if applicable) are issued via email/LMS after meeting eligibility criteria noted on the course page.
