Cancellations and Refunds

  • Scope: Applies to digital-only courses. No physical shipments.

  • Before Activation: If you cancel before course access is activated, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • After Activation: Once access is granted or any content is accessed/downloaded, the purchase is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Live Cohorts: If a session is rescheduled by us, you’ll get an alternate batch or access extension. If a course is cancelled by us, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Duplicate/Failed Charges: Any duplicate or failed payment charged in error will be fully refunded.

  • Technical Issues: If access isn’t provided within the stated window after successful payment, contact support; we’ll activate access or refund.

  • How Refunds Are Paid: Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval (gateway timelines may vary).
